How to use, charge, clean and store the Emfizo 5-in-1 Lumbar Comfort Belt safely, plus who should avoid use.
Intended use
The Emfizo 5-in-1 Lumbar Comfort Belt is a general comfort and support product for personal, non-clinical use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Who should not use it without professional advice
- Anyone who is pregnant
- Anyone with an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker
- Anyone with reduced skin sensation, fragile skin or an open wound in the area
- Anyone recovering from recent surgery or injury
- Children, or anyone unable to remove the belt independently
If any of these apply, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Using the heat and massage modes
- Wear the belt over a thin layer of clothing rather than directly on bare skin.
- Start on the lowest setting and increase gradually only if it stays comfortable.
- Do not fall asleep while wearing the product.

Stop using the product if it causes discomfort, excessive heat, skin irritation or any unexpected reaction.
Red-light mode

Charging
- Charge using the supplied USB-C rechargeable cable only.
- Do not wear the belt while it is charging.
- Do not charge on soft furnishings or leave charging unattended overnight.
- Stop using the product if the control unit or cable is damaged, swollen or overheating.
Cleaning and care
- Always remove the control unit before cleaning.
- Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and mild detergent; do not soak or machine wash.
- Allow the belt to dry fully before the next use or before storing.
- Store flat or loosely rolled in a dry place, away from direct heat.
Disposal
The control unit contains a rechargeable battery and must not be placed in household waste. Recycle it at a WEEE collection point in line with UK regulations.
