Your statutory rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Our 60-day returns window

In addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns for 60 days from the delivery date. Items should be returned in a resaleable condition with all accessories and packaging where possible.

How to start a return

• Email support@emfizo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Send the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Return postage

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer unless stated otherwise: [return postage terms — to be supplied by Emfizo]. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the cost of return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds cover the price you paid for the returned items. Where a multi-buy bundle is partly returned, the refund reflects the discounted price actually paid per item rather than the single-unit price.

Hygiene and safety

For hygiene reasons we cannot resell used items, but this does not limit your right to return faulty goods or to inspect a product as you would in a shop.

Faulty items
