About these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website with Emfizo ([company name and number — to be supplied by Emfizo]). By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and contract
Adding items to your basket is an invitation to treat, not an offer. A contract is formed only when we send your order confirmation email. If a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Multi-buy bundle prices apply only to the bundle as sold. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms and set out your statutory cancellation rights.
Product use
The product is a general comfort and support device for personal use. Use it in line with the supplied user guide and safety information. It is not a medical device and makes no medical claims.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to Emfizo or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Consumers resident elsewhere in the UK keep the protection of their local law.
